Scheduling Games:
It is YOUR responsibility to find a replacement
for all games scheduled. Failure to do so will result in the
loss of future games.
Game are available to be scheduled as soon as they are posted.
You can request up to 2 games prior to the Monday of that week's
matches.
Exceptions:
1. Candy
Only
Referees can schedule up to 3 games depending on the number of referees
available
2. Other referees that have special privileges
3. Permission by the referee coordinator
Tuesday Morning: All unfilled games can be requested and
assigned on an availability basis.
All FIRST YEAR referees, including being at the Level for the first
year may only fill the Referee 2 slot.
ONLY REQUEST GAMES FOR THE LEVEL AT WHICH YOU ARE QUALIFIED.
All request must be sent via EMAIL to coachrevels@YAHOO.com
(please use the YAHOO account for game requests)
Specify times available (not specific games).
For example:
1.
Passer Referee First year, Available game starts prior to noon, brother
in Passer Div A
2. Passer Referee 3rd year, Available after Noon
3. Wing Referee 3rd year, Available all day
DO NOT referee a game or
in the same division as a sibling.
The more flexible you are, the easier it is to schedule.
If you are available on a weekly basis at any time, please
let me know weekly so you can be used to fill in for uncovered games.
You will be paid every 2 weeks for the previous weeks work.
